I have not received my purchase confirmation

Confirmation of your purchase will be sent immediately to the email address you provided as contact information. Make sure to check your spam, junk or other folders as it may have ended up there. If it is not there, just let us know your full name and contact phone number through any of our customer service channels so we can review it together.

Why does the confirmation arrive in the Spam, Junk or Other folder?

Your email security filters out emails you speak to most often, and the completely new ones tend to go into your reference inboxes. So you can add us as a contact or simply check that our replies arrive in your main inbox.

How do I know if my size is correct?

Because our sizes are international, they sometimes differ from those we are used to in Spain, so please refer to our size guide on the product page.

I have already received my order number, what do I do now?

Once you have received your order number, you just have to wait for our email with the generation of the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order.

Where do you ship my orders?

We send them by Correos Express, MRW, GLS, etc.
In your first search, information such as “pending deposit”, “pre-registered” or others may appear. Don’t worry, it is the same information that appears by default when creating the order. You will be able to find out more information about the delivery and/or estimate in the following business days.

Why haven't I received my order?

Track the package to know the shipping status.

Invalid tracking number may be a result of late update. In this case, you can contact the seller to check the order status.

I need to change the delivery address:

If the order is in the warehouse, we will change the address immediately. If it has already left and is in transit, we will send the new address to the courier company so that, as far as possible, they can deliver your order where you indicate.

Payment methods:

We have two payment methods available: cash on delivery and card payment. IMPORTANT: When you make a cash on delivery purchase, remember to have the exact amount for the delivery person.

Exchanges and returns:

The shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer, sending the item by the agency of their choice, always with postage paid. The customer must present the product sealed and in its original bag so that it reaches us in the same condition as it was delivered.

Are returns accepted for underwear such as panties?

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted on underwear, including panties. This is because we cannot reuse or resell underwear once it has been tried on or used. To ensure our customers' satisfaction, we recommend that you carefully check the measurements, sizes and details of the products before making your purchase.
